- haematuria

- kidney involvement - deposition of IgA immune complex
- Malaena
- intussusception
- Scrotal involvement

- FBE
- UEC
- Urine: protein and blood: spun specimen, micro for casts
Management
- Analgesics
- Check UEC
- Beware of renal failure
